  • Is there a warranty on your products?
    Sure! There is a one-year warranty period on the device, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions in the user manual, a faulty device will be replaced free of charge.

  • From what age can Doocit be used?
    It is possible to use Doocit from the age of 21 and above.
  • What is a year FREE trial?
    During a period of a year, you will enjoy all the features of the web app. No credit card is required to start the free trial. At the end of the period, an email will be sent to you to renew the subscription at a cost of $2 per patient. Note: If you decide to not renew the subscription, access will be blocked, communication with the patients will be canceled and your data will be permanently deleted.
  • How to reach the registration and login page of the app?

  • How to update profile data?
    First, click on your image at the top of the portal. Then click on "Profile" and go to the personal data page. On this page, you can update your data. note: don't forget to click "Save" after entering the new details.
  • Where can I see the notifications?
    Click on the bell icon in the portal's toolbar, it will lead you to the notifications page. This page contains your patients' abnormal and risky results.
  • How to send a message to a patient?
    Enter the desired patient page by clicking on his name. Click on the envelope icon on the right under its general data. Write the message in the pop-up. Click the "Send" button.
  • How to view a patient's message history?
    Enter the desired patient page by clicking on his name. Click on the envelope icon on the right under its general data. Click on the watch icon on the top left of the pop-up.
  • How to set a patient's test ranges?
    Enter the desired patient page by clicking on his name. Enter the desired test by clicking the test icon. Click on the "Set Ranges" button. Write down the desired ranges for each result. Click on the "Save" button. Note: The "normal range" is determined automatically in accordance with the definitions of the other results (It follows from the rest of the definitions). All results range of a test are required fields - you must determine all of them to be able to save your settings.

  • How do I update my data?
    Enter the menu, click on your name or your photo, the personal details page will open, there you can enter the details you want to change. Click next until save message appears.
  • How do I add or cancel my fingerprint/face ID?
    Enter the "Personal Info" page by clicking the menu and then your name or your photo. At the bottom of the last personal data page, turn on the"Use Biometric login" - marking will activate the login using fingerprint/face ID, and unmark it will cancel the login. Note: To enable fingerprint or face ID, you must set up a fingerprint or face ID in your phone settings.
  • How to add or delete a doctor?
    Enter "My Doctor" through the menu or a shortcut on the right side of the home page. To add a doctor - enter the doctor's name or his identification number in the search area, select the doctor from the doctors' list, and click "send the request." To delete a doctor - click on the X that appears next to the doctor's name and the identification number, and then click "Yes".
  • Where is the explanation of how to perform a test?
    Click on the test you want, then click "More information" and finally click "About the test".
  • How do I add or cancel reminders?
    Add reminder: Click on the test you want, select an hour and date for the reminder, choose the frequency (every day, every week, every month, or every year), and finally click the "OK" button. There is also the option to customize - through you can set multiple reminders for that day and adjust the frequency according to your request (every two weeks, every three months, and so on). Cancel reminder: Deselect the checkmark next to the wanted test name.
  • How are test results shared with a care team or anyone else I want?
    Click on "Summary" at the bottom of the test page or "Share" on the menu. Then click on the "Share" button, mark the wanted test results, click "Send" and finally choose the way you want to send the data (Whatsapp, Email, Message, and more) and to whom. Note: You can share the results of a specific test by clicking on the wanted test, then on "History", after it on "Share", then mark the results you want to share, after it on "Send" and finally choose the way you want to send the data and to whom.
  • How do I filter my test results by dates?
    There is a filter at the top of the history/summary page - there you enter the start date and the end date. Finally, click on "OK".
  • How to view messages that are sent to me?
    Open the Menu by clicking the Menu icon. Click "My Messages". Enter the message history of the desired person by clicking on his name or picture. Note: You can enter the last message by clicking the notification you get from the app.
