Welcome to the privacy policy of Doocit Personal Care Ltd. The company will collect about the users the information detailed below (in whole or in part):

3.1. As long as the user is a medical staff member, the company will collect the information about the user that will be detailed below (in whole or in part):

  • Personal identification information including first name, last name, and contact information;

  • Professional details including degree, license number, areas of specialization, place of work;

  • Information in connection with engagements between the company and the user with the company;

  • User activity on a website and digital pages such as browsing history, searches, and information about the user's use of the company's services;

  • Any additional information the user will provide to the company and/or will be received by the company in connection with the user.

3.2. To the extent that the user is a member of a customer club, a client of the company, or a user of the company's services and products and anyone on its behalf, the company will collect the information about him that will be detailed below (in whole or in part):

  • Personal identification information including first name, last name, identification number, full address, e-mail address, phone numbers, and more;

  • Medical information including information about the user's medical condition, the disease from which he suffers, the name of the health insurance fund and the name of the doctor, and more;

  • How the user contacts the company, the user's meetings with the company, the user's consumption habits, and more;

  • Information necessary for the company in order to provide customer service, including products purchased by the user, the date of purchase of the products by the user, address, the consideration paid for the products, and any information that the user submits when using the website and placing orders on it;

  • Financial information including bank account, information regarding payments, and more;

  • User's activity on the company's website, web pages, and digital pages such as browsing history, searches, and information about the user's use of the company's services;

  • Any additional information the user submits and/or is received by the company in connection with the user.

3.3. To the extent that the user registers for an activity conducted by the company, including webinars, lectures, surveys, and other activities, the company will collect the information about the user that will be detailed below (in whole or in part):

  • Personal identification information including first name, last name, and contact information;

  • Information in connection with activities in which the user has participated;

  • User activity on the company's website and digital pages such as browsing history, searches, and more;

  • Details that the company is obliged to keep according to the law;

  • Any additional information the user submits and/or is received by the company in connection with the user and the activities.

3.4. Information that the company is obliged to keep by law.

3.5. Non-personal information as detailed in section 13 of the privacy policy.

Why does the company collect the information and the use the company makes of the information ("the purposes")?

The company collects information about you for the following purposes - all or some of them:

3.6. to provide the user with services;

3.7. to communicate with the user;

3.8. to improve the services and their quality;

3.9. to send the user information including administrative information;

3.10. for statistics, research, analysis, and conducting satisfaction surveys;

3.11. to match and offer the user a variety of products and services that may be suitable and of interest to the user;

3.13. for the purpose of analyzing profiles of the users for the purpose of marketing products, including but not limited to the Internet;

3.14. for the purpose of identifying the user when contacting the company;

3.15. for the purposes of improving, correcting, consolidating and refining the information;

3.16. for the purposes of managing the company's activities;

3.17. for the purposes of investigating and settling complaints, conducting internal audits and handling requests for access to information or its correction;

3.18. for the company's internal needs;

3.19. To defend against lawsuits, demands and claims against the company and anyone on its behalf, as well as against third parties;

3.20. For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the site's terms of use and this privacy policy;

3.21. In order to comply with the provisions of any law.

Transfer of the information

4.1. The company will not transfer or give information to third parties except as specified in the privacy protection policy.

Without deviating from the provisions of this policy, the use of the company's services and the purchase of the company's products indicates the user's consent to this privacy protection policy, including the transfer of their information, their preservation, and storage by third parties located outside the State of Israel.

Securing

The company uses technical and physical measures regarding privacy and information security in accordance with accepted standards. As we know, the storage and transmission of information by electronic means, including through the Internet, can never be completely safe, and at any time when the user submits information to the company, in particular through the Internet, the user does so with full consent and subject to the dangers involved in the transmission of information in this way. Limitation of Liability

The company and anyone on its behalf, including third parties who act on its behalf, will not bear any liability, and the company is exempt from any liability, in connection with any damage, loss, or expense, of any kind and type, whether direct or indirect and/or circumstantial and/or consequential, which were caused and/or will be caused to the user and/or third parties in connection with the above, including everything related to receiving the information, using it, keeping it, transferring it to third parties.

5.1 The company may provide the user with marketing information about products that the company sells as well as about products and services of third parties that are related to the products that the company sells ("marketing offers"). 5.4. When a user receives marketing offers from the company via e-mail, the user may choose not to receive e-mail marketing messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in each such e-mail message, or by contacting the company through the means of communication listed below, in section 17 of this privacy policy.

5.5. The company aims to respond to requests to refuse to receive marketing offers within a reasonable time frame. Applicable law and jurisdiction

8.1. The terms and instructions detailed in this privacy protection policy, as well as any changes or amendments to this policy, will be regulated according to the laws of the State of Israel without reference to the applicable choice of law clauses therein.

8.2. Jurisdiction in connection with any dispute and/or claim that may arise in connection with this privacy policy or related to it is exclusively given to the courts in Tel Aviv.

Changes and Updates

The company is entitled, at its sole discretion, to change the privacy policy from time to time without the need to provide a notice or notification thereof. The latest privacy policy published on the website will bind the user. The user's continued use of the website after the privacy policy has been updated will constitute the user's consent to the updated privacy policy, including changes.
